 QA Supplier Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities

·         Ensure safe working environment.

·         Understand technical aspects of the job, best practices, and adhere to cGMP compliance.

·         Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.

·         Support a Corporate Supplier Compliance program for initial evaluation of potential suppliers (RM vendors, contractors and service providers) and on-going monitoring of suppliers.  Maintain the Approved Supplier List and generate annual Supplier Audit schedule.

·         Perform audits of suppliers to ensure their quality systems are adequate to provide quality products and service to CGI (travel approximately 15 – 35% depending on Audit Schedule and delegation possibilities).          

·         Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.

·         Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

·         Collect and compile statistical quality data.

·         Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

·         Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

·         Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.

·         Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

·         Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers

·         Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

·         Monitor risk management activities

·         Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Job Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience)

·         BS degree, scientific discpline preferred.

·         At least 2 years experience in a QA regulated industry, pharmaceutical or medical device experience is preferred.

·         Excellent proficiency in the use of all Microsft Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

·         Well oganised and detail oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Must be self-motivated with ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.

·         Knowledge of GMPs and relatd guidelines and regulatory requirements. 

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (Read, Write, Verbal).
